    Mornings can be busy with early crowds, but afternoons are more relaxed (and still full of great finds).

    BYOB! Reusable bags or a small cart make it easier to carry your haul. We also have boxes to share!

  • Deals

    Everything under $100 is 50% off on SUNDAYS, making it a great time to score that piece you’ve been eyeing.

What is PDX Estate Sale Marketplace?

PDX Estate Sale Marketplace is our monthly warehouse sale, held in a 20,000 sq ft retail space in Tigard, OR. Each month features fresh inventory—from furniture and home decor to unique estate finds—offering a new way to shop multiple estate sales all under one (very big!) roof.

We’re reimagining the traditional estate sale—bringing great finds, community energy, and a more convenient, streamlined experience to buyers and sellers alike.


When does the sale take place?

When: The Marketplace takes place the first weekend of every month (Saturday & Sunday, 8 am–4 pm), unless otherwise noted.

Where: 11125 SW Greenburg Rd, Tigard, OR 97223.

Why it’s great: We bring together estate buyouts, consignment, and clean-out services to create a single, well-organized shopping experience. Items from multiple estates are staged under one roof—perfect for those with large collections, limited time, or space constraints that make in-home sales difficult.

Is there an admission fee to attend the sale?

Nope! Admission is completely free. Just bring yourself (and maybe a few friends!) for a fun treasure hunt.


Can I preview items before the sale starts?

Absolutely! We often give sneak peeks through Instagram Live. Follow us @pdxestatemarketplace to catch the latest previews and updates.

Can I buy before the sale?

Nope. There’s no early access, holds, or pre-sales. Everything is first come, first served once the sale opens.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, we have a shared parking lot with attendants on site to help guide traffic. Mornings on sale days can get busy, so plan accordingly. Street parking is also available nearby. You can check out our parking map HERE.

Can I sell or consign my own items at the Marketplace?

Currently, the Marketplace showcases estate items from our trusted partners and ongoing services, so we aren’t accepting individual consignments. But if you’re interested in selling or consigning, please feel free to reach out and we can direct you to an appropriate partner.
